Over time, I saw how language access quietly determines access to people, ideas, and opportunity.

My work has since exposed me to a wide range of environments: professionals navigating international careers, leaders operating in English inside global companies, teenagers building confidence through language, and learners working across both English and French.

Across countries, cultures, and ages, the same pattern repeats: language is rarely the real barrier. What limits people is their ability to use it when the situation is real.

That insight shapes everything I do. I don’t see language as an academic subject, but as a human one, developed through interaction and presence.

Confidence isn’t built by knowing more; it’s built by being in the conversation, repeatedly and imperfectly.

Technology plays a central role in this work as a catalyst for human connection. Used well, it removes distance and creates access to real interaction across borders and cultures.

Today, my focus sits at the intersection of language, confidence, and human connection in a global environment. When people are given the right conditions to practice and connect, communication stops being a barrier and becomes leverage.
